As Senior Analyst for the Affordable Housing Group, Brandon brings more than half a decade of experience in real estate analytics. Building financial models for project-based Section 8 and Tax Credit deals alike, he has refined his skill set to become an expert in affordable housing underwriting and analytics.
Brandon’s primary responsibility is to determine the financial feasibility, the value of projects, as well as to analyze all due diligence items to identify any potential pitfalls or obstacles. To do this, he prepares proforma models that detail operating and development costs, sources, and timing. Using his years of industry experience, Brandon is diligent in his analysis and consistently delivers the best possible value estimates for a deal.
Brandon is a board member and treasurer of the nonprofit Great Dane Club of San Diego.
